Our Planning Team have many years experience of planning that special Party or Event. As soon as we receive your enquiry, you will receive a telephone call from your designated member of the Team to arrange a mutually convenient time for us to come and see for your initial briefing meeting to discuss requirements and budget.
After that, we compile a personal proposal for you with full details of the whole Event including photos and if necessary a plan of what some of your attractions and the whole Event will look like. This always arrives in a very special way which is unique to The Partyman Company!! We then come and see you again to go through suggestions and make sure that you are getting the best value for the amount of money that you wish/have to spend. Once, this has all been agreed, we ask for a 25% deposit to secure the event with the remainder being due two weeks before the Event is due to take place.
We then work our ‘Partyman Magic’ and organise everything for you – it is as easy as that. Your dedicated member of the team is available to you by email and telephone 7 days a week for most hours of the day for those questions that may simply just pop into your head! We provide copies of all our Insurance Policies and provide detailed Risk Assessments for everything that we are providing.
On the day, we provide at least one Event Manager who will make sure that the Event runs smoothly from beginning to end and that everyone attending goes home happy and contented!! We also then come and see you after the Event has taken place to make sure that you were happy with everything. We promise that you will not be disappointed with our services.
